Mitigation — extraction, drying, mold removal, fire cleanup — is our own crew's work. Rebuild is a different trade with a different license, so once your property is dry and safe, we coordinate the reconstruction through a vetted construction partner rather than pretending to be a general contractor we're not.

You get one point of contact through the whole process instead of being handed off to someone new with no context on what happened. We stay involved to make sure the rebuild scope actually matches the damage that was documented.

This keeps quality high on both ends — real restoration specialists doing the mitigation, and real construction tradespeople doing the rebuild.

How the Handoff From Mitigation to Rebuild Works

Once your property is dry, clean, and safe, we bring in our vetted construction partner to scope the rebuild based on what was actually documented during mitigation — torn-out drywall, removed flooring, damaged cabinetry, whatever the case may be. We stay involved through that scoping conversation so nothing gets missed or over-scoped, and you're not re-explaining what happened to someone with no context.

Why We Don't Rebuild In-House

Mitigation and construction are different trades with different licensing, and we'd rather partner with people who do reconstruction as their full-time specialty than stretch our own crew thin trying to do both. That division keeps quality high on both ends of the job.
